Before your appointment:
If you are planning to file with your insurance, the more information we have before you come in, the smoother the intake process will go! All insurance requires a properly filled out prescription for all items. Your prescription needs to have the following:
2. Diagnosis Code (ICD10)
3. Length of need
4. Quantities and Description of all products needed (Call the store to see what your insurance will allow)
Once you have the prescription you can go online and fill out as much of the information as you can so we can verify benefits/enter you into the system before you come into the boutique.
At your appointment:
Relax...we are here to help...and don't forget this is what we do, everyday! Most women come in and are very self conscious of their surgery side, let me assure you, there is nothing we haven't seen already! If you have any questions, feel free to ask! We are on this journey with you, and can recommend products that may be helpful with your current situation, or even future issues you may have! After your appointment:
Insurance will cover mastectomy products for your lifetime, our staff will let you know when you are eligible for new mastectomy products! We carry many retail items that you will need throughout this journey, swimsuits, camisoles, bra strap accessories, compression garments, pajamas, and the list goes on and on!!
